3D Printing

At the heart of our innovation is Multi Jet Fusion (MJF), a revolutionary 3D printing technology developed by Hewlett-Packard (HP). MJF allows us to transform powder into precise, durable objects by layering, binding, and fusing materials with remarkable accuracy. Every layer is an opportunity to turn a vision into reality.

How it works ?

Imagine building an object, layer by layer, almost like sculpting in thin slices of powder. Our printer spreads a fine layer of nylon powder across a build surface. Then, two specialized liquids—a fusing agent and a detailing agent—are applied with the precision of an inkjet.

Next, a heat source bonds the powder into solid layers. The process repeats, with each new layer stacking seamlessly onto the previous one. Remarkably, no additional support structures are needed—the surrounding powder itself holds everything in place.

Once printing is complete, each part is carefully cooled and cleaned of excess powder, revealing a finished piece ready to meet the demands of both design and function.

Design

Computational Design

Our approach to design goes beyond traditional methods—it’s a partnership between human creativity and machine intelligence. Computational design empowers us to craft objects that would be impossible to achieve by hand alone.

By combining computational design with additive manufacturing, we can explore an infinite variety of complex shapes, unlocking new levels of technical performance and aesthetic value. Every object can be optimized, fine-tuned, and adapted to user needs, making each creation not only functional but deeply personal.

Through this fusion of technology and design, we transform ideas into high-performing, visually striking products that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
